The Stoyoma Dental Clinic serves more than 7,000 clients, with patients traveling from communities as far as Dog Creek, Lillooet, Lytton, Spences Bridge, and Ashcroft. Despite local emergencies and other challenges, the clinic continues to provide consistent, high-quality dental care for all ages.
COHI – Children’s Oral Health Initiative
Through the Children’s Oral Health Initiative, our team visits local schools to deliver presentations on dental health and provide preventative care education. We also distribute dental supplies to the Upper Nicola and Lower Nicola Health Units, as well as to the Coldwater, Shackan, and Nooaitch communities. These efforts help promote lifelong oral health starting from an early age.
Transportation (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Locally
To make dental care accessible for everyone, we offer free patient transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This service ensures that community members who might otherwise face barriers to travel can attend their appointments at the clinic.
